Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and tracking technologies work.

By using MoneyChest, you consent to our use of cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

You may adjust cookie preferences at any time via browser settings or our cookie banner.

Our refund policy follows UK consumer law.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no digital content has been accessed.

Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you waive your right to a refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

We may modify, update, discontinue, or enhance any part of MoneyChest at any time.

For material changes affecting availability or functionality, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not impersonate any other person or organisation
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

MoneyChest allows users to post:

• Questions
• Comments
• Experiences
• Reviews
• Opinions

You are solely responsible for your content. You must ensure that your posts:

• Are lawful
• Do not mislead others
• Do not contain financial advice
• Do not include defamatory, abusive, or harmful material
• Do not include confidential or personal data of others
• Are based on your honest personal experiences

MoneyChest does not verify or endorse user-generated content.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

MoneyChest allows users to upvote or downvote discussions and comments to help surface quality content.

Vote Undo Policy:

• You may undo (remove or change) your vote within 14 days of casting it.
• After 14 days, your vote becomes permanent and cannot be changed or removed.
• This policy applies to both upvotes and downvotes on discussions and comments.
• The 14-day period is calculated from the date and time you cast your vote.

By voting on content, you acknowledge and agree to this permanent vote policy.

We reserve the right to modify this voting policy with reasonable notice to users.

MoneyChest allows users to follow other community members to stay updated on their discussions and posts.

Rate Limits:

• You may follow a maximum of 100 users per hour.
• Unfollowing users does not count toward this hourly limit.
• If you repeatedly follow and unfollow the same user (3 or more times within 15 minutes), you will be temporarily blocked from following or unfollowing that specific user for 15 minutes.
• This block applies only to the specific user you were toggling, not to other users.

These limits are in place to prevent abuse, spam, and ensure a positive community experience for all users.

We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice to users.

MoneyChest:

• Does not offer personalised financial advice
• Does not provide regulated investment, tax, or legal recommendations
• Is not authorised or supervised by the FCA
• Does not assess suitability of financial products

All content on MoneyChest (user posts, AI answers, articles, tools, learning materials) is for general informational and educational purposes only.

You must not rely on information from MoneyChest when making financial decisions.

Always seek advice from a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser.

MoneyChest uses AI to generate summaries, assist discussions, and display content.

AI content:

• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• May misinterpret data
• May contain errors
• Is not financial advice
• Does not reflect the views of Digitsflow LTD

You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content.

MoneyChest may include affiliate links, partner content, or sponsored sections.

This means we may earn a commission when you:

• Click a link
• Sign up for a service
• Make a purchase

You will never pay extra due to affiliate links.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content.

All affiliate usage complies with ASA and CMA guidelines.

You must not:

• Provide financial advice or instructions ("buy/sell/hold")
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Promote scams, referrals, or pyramid schemes
• Upload malware or attempt to hack MoneyChest
• Share other people's personal data
• Harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Post illegal or inappropriate content
• Use bots or automated scraping tools
• Attempt to bypass restrictions or security features

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

All platform content—text, graphics, code, design, videos, community materials—is owned by Digitsflow LTD or our licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse-engineer
• Create derivative works

without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of your posts but grant Digitsflow LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Display
• Store
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Use your content within MoneyChest

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to this:

• Digitsflow LTD is not liable for financial loss, investment loss, business loss, or missed opportunities.
• We are not responsible for decisions based on user posts, AI content, or tools.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify Digitsflow LTD against any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees resulting from:

• Your use of MoneyChest
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your content
• Your unlawful conduct

We may suspend or permanently delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Post harmful or misleading content
• Engage in abusive behaviour
• Threaten the safety of the community

Users may delete their own accounts at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Before taking legal action, both parties will attempt to resolve disputes through mediation.

If mediation fails, disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
